Marianne Lim has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, including affordable rental, public housing, homeownership, and market-rate housing. Throughout her career, she has worked for non-profit organizations, for-profit developers, and municipal housing authorities, and has developed or preserved thousands of units of affordable housing throughout California.
As director of portfolio finance and policy at EAH Housing, Ms. Lim is responsible for reviewing the financial structure of projects in the organization’s portfolio as well as maintaining review and analysis in the post-acquisition transition and execution of the business plan. She leads the public policy and government relations work for EAH Housing on affordable housing financing, regulations and legislation.
Marianne holds a B.A. degree in Landscape Architecture and two master’s degrees in City & Regional Planning and Landscape Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and serves on the boards of the California Coalition for Rural Housing, the NPH Action Fund, and Sequoia Living. She also has LEED AP and Green Building Professional designations.
